OTTAWA - Health Canada ordered a recall of 129,000 LG cellphones Tuesday after they were found to broadcast more radio frequencies than is legal.A statement from Health Canada Tuesday said the LG 150 phones, which have been sold across Canada since January 2007, “do not meet the radio-frequency exposure limits established by the federal government.”Because it contravenes standards set out in the Radiocommunications Act, the LG 150 can no longer be manufactured, imported, or sold in Canada.Health
